Vibrant Health Advocates – Sirius is powered by the generosity of this community. Whether you want to give your time as a volunteer, make a financial donation, or bring us into your workplace or organisation as a partner, there is a meaningful and practical way to be part of the work we do.
Coatbridge women built this charity and Coatbridge women keep it running — and every contribution, whatever form it takes, helps us reach one more woman who needs to hear what we have to say.
We welcome volunteers for event setup and welcome-desk roles, resource preparation, social media and communications, and community outreach across Monklands. No specialist knowledge is required — a warm manner and a genuine commitment to the women we serve is all we ask. Volunteering with us is a chance to be part of something that matters in your own town, alongside women who share your values. If you have an afternoon to spare each month, we would love to hear from you.
Every pound donated to Vibrant Health Advocates – Sirius goes directly into funding free events, producing plain-language resources, and keeping our programme accessible to every woman in Coatbridge who needs us. Donations of any size are received with real and lasting gratitude. As a registered SCIO, our accounts are fully transparent and filed annually with OSCR — you can be confident that your gift is used with care and purpose. Get in touch to find out how to donate.
We welcome partnerships with local businesses, GP practices, community organisations, and employers who want to support the health and wellbeing of women in the Coatbridge area. A partnership might mean hosting an event, providing sponsorship for resources, or helping us reach women in your workforce or patient list. Get in touch to discuss what a collaboration might look like for your organisation — the conversation is always welcome and we are open to creative ideas.
Behind every information evening we run is a team of volunteers who arrive early to set out chairs, prepare resource packs, and make sure the room feels welcoming before a single woman walks through the door.
We are a small charity with a real local footprint, and every person who joins us — whether for one afternoon a month or with a financial contribution — makes the next event possible. The women who come to our evenings often tell us that simply walking into a room where they are expected, where there is tea and a familiar face, is itself significant. Your support creates that room.
